Plan for and provide therapy in a variety of service delivery models (individual, group, co-treatments), both at Sandcastle and at settings assigned within the community.
Participate in discussions with team involved with clients on caseload or clients being case staffed.
Supervise and support student clinicians conducting field placements or practicum placements.
Encourage family participation; establish and maintain good working relationships with families.
Attend team meetings as requested, completing necessary paperwork for these meetings.
Satisfy necessary requirements for continuing education and maintain State licensure, providing a copy of license to front office.
Administrative requirements to include, but not be limited to:
Assimilate to our chosen electronic medical records provider, Raintree.
Complete required evaluation and therapy reports within expected timelines.
Attend agency training days.
Attend weekly staff meetings.

Sandcastle is a private, non-profit agency founded in 1996. Our growing staff of 50 professionals serve approximately 2000 families annually.
