The Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, at the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine, is seeking a Clinical-X faculty member with primary interests in Sports Medicine, MSK work and either Musculoskeletal or Neuromuscular research for a full time faculty position. This recruitment is conducted at the Assistant/Associate Professor rank. The resulting hire will be at the Assistant/Associate rank, regardless of the proposed appointee's qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: In the Clinical X series, the faculty member will provide outpatient clinical care; teach medical students, residents and fellows and provide university/public service. The ability to work cooperatively and collegially within a diverse environment is required. The ability and experience to conduct scholarly/clinical/translational research and a record of publication in peer reviewed journals is also required. Evidence of success in obtaining extramural funding and/or administering clinical trials is desirable.
