**Occupational Therapist**

Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Occupational Therapy theory and skills.

**Required qualifications:**

+ Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy
+ Washington State OT License
+ National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Required upon hire)
+ For Autism/Childrens Center: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.
+ All Other Departments: Adult rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's Degree
+ Defensive Driving
+ Occupational therapy experience in clinical setting

Providence has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1856 when Mother Joseph and four other Sisters of Providence arrived in Vancouver, Washington Territory.
